Nice old vintage woodworking chisel the only marking I see is made in USA.The handle on this looks to be cut and is split the chisel is approximately 1 inch wide, the chisel is approximately 7 7/8 inches in total length. The metal part is approximately 4 3/4 inches long. This is a used chisel and could use sharpening.
